Once fully sized and People think I’m nice until they sit next to me at a racetrack shirt, these AI still has to ‘learn’ to be able to go to evaluation, as we have only given them their structure, not learned synaptic connections. We can’t just cull newborn AIs, as we have to let them grow up and learn to interact with the ‘world’ and do their function before applying our fitness function and selection criteria to test them and cull all but the best. Should we just do like I did in 1994 and let them kill each other off, and let the best survive, but do we really want our global super-intelligence to be the resulting product of digital combat and fratricide? What kind of goals would it have afterward, and how would it evolve then?

There have to be better selection criteria that meet humanity’s goals. The People think I’m nice until they sit next to me at a racetrack shirt or connection strength in these two networks can be compared at the different levels of the network and the differences used as a ‘training’ signal to strengthen network connections where the differences are smaller and correlation tighter and to weaken network connections where the differences are larger and not as tightly correlated. The signals can be repeatedly bounced back and forth off the highest and lowest levels to set up a training cycle.
